  1. ZAM 3.1 suggestion

    Sadly level 256 is the highest level we can go for, the scoreboard cannot display higher levels. For a new version I was thinking of redoing the XP needed since the jumps right now are quite weird, especially in the lower levels, prestiges were also a thing I had in mind before, but I'd rather keep it simple and just keep it as it is currently with just levels and no prestiges. Some of the custom weapons have issues when it comes to camos, they display a bit weird depending on what game they originated from, most BO2 weapons work quite okay, Intervention as an example get a quite faded camo, you can barley see it but it's there. Not sure if possible to redo the texture for them, never got the time to do so since I wanted to get as many done as possible, and not just focus on some specifics. I'm not 100% sure if ZAM 3.0 is at it's max currently, it's very close to it, meaning that it's quite limited in how much things can be added, there's some hardcoded limits in BO1 that cannot be exceeded, however there's a few messy workarounds that I could use to get more barricades into the mod, so it's a possibility, but not sure if I'll do it.

    Speaking of Villa, adding something on the spots on the screenshots could be cool, we could have flags teleporting players to the areas. If I remember correctly we did have something like this before but I was unable to find it.

    Introducing a new way of dealing with rage quits. Rewritten rage quit rule All players have an accessible rage quit log in their console. This also helps admins determine how many players were online and such. If a barricade is destroyed by a hunter a message will appear in the killfeed. Also, a red exclamation mark will be seen in the minimap where the incident happened. Various typo fixes. Update is live on ZAM

    I'm creating this thread to showcase possible things for ZAM in Black Ops 3 and things that could be possible since a lot of people wanted me to create it for this game. As of right now I haven't focused anything on gameplay as I feel that there's not enough assets from Treyarch to start working on ZAM of right now. (Don't worry, they will for sure release more as they update the mod tools.) If there's any suggestions in weapons & models please suggest them bellow and I'll see what I can do about it.

    If I understand you correctly, you are inside a spot and a player who just joined the game spawns directly behind you? If that's the case it's simply just a problem with how Black Ops handle player spawns, there's simply no check for players who connect like there is for people already in the game when it decides where to spawn, this bug should also be seen on some occasions in unmodded Black Ops. The points one I'm not entirely sure about, from what I've understood it's very random so reproducing it is very hard and therefor I'm not entirely sure how to resolve it.

    Hey so I never posted any public statement regarding ZAM for BO3, the project was basically put on hold when the public beta was released due to the fact Treyarch basically stopped supporting Mod Tools for BO3, while ZAM still is possible to be a thing on BO3 the game is lacking a key feature that never was added, support for menus. ZAM without a shop wouldn't be ZAM, if they do decide to add this feature in a later update the project could be brought up again.

    ZAM 2.3.0: Long awaited "rigged zombie pick" added. Players who became first infected will not be picked the next game. Rejoining will clear you from the list and you will have a possibility to be infected. New players will not be picked since most of them die kind of easy anyways. Fixed a bug on Nuketown where some bunkers would look glitchy with missing barricades. Removed unused out of map spot at Summit. Added Villa by Nagini. Remade the head icon system since it would load multiple times for P2P & Staff. Added new head icons for Platinum and Premium players.

    ZAM 2.3.1: Fixed a bug related to headicons giving players who use FPSBoost wallhack. Fixed a bug where survivor items could do damage to other survivors if a player became a zombie. Exo Zombie no longer do 25 DMG Fixed a bug where the knife would do 25 DMG Added a .5 seconds cooldown to long sprint Fixed a bug where the credits would display the wrong number of cades placed. Fixed a bug where democlient could be picked as a zombie. Fixed a bug where the same person could be picked twice as a zombie. Fixed a bug where survivors who used adapt and died would become invisible as a zombie. Fixed an out of map glitch with Arlington on Launch. Unknown Soldiers will now be renamed to their Steam 32-bit ID instead of their XUID. Some more optimizations have also been made.
