Hi, I was playing (zam eu server, 30/12/2017) and i get disconnected. It's not the first time it happened to me, it's probably due to my low connection... k, thanks so, is it possible to get unban?

Hi, I was playing (zam eu server, about 22h15, 07/09/2017) and i don't know why, i get disconnected and i got this message: in english : server disconnected - this game session is not available anymore. I go back to the game and play the all game. Next game, i see the message that say i was a bad player Is it possible to make something? I can upload an other files wich give the the time when it happen. Ty

I cannot comment my previous topic anymore (dont know why), so sorry to spam but i should respond to Nagini. No, of course not. I didn't left. Yes i was kicked after i get killed (that is exactly what I have said), and i do not know if i had 999 ping or not. What i do know, is that the error message told me that something went wrong with the load of the game. I switched off my computer and my internet box, and as soon as i was able to reconnect, i reconnect and i was ban. Apparently it's hard to verify what i say, but i wouldn't have do this appeal for a 24h ban if i had really left on purpose.

So, Is there possibility of verifying what I say and unban me?

However it is the truth. I do not know if it is possible that somebody can verify what I say.

Hi, I was playing on Firing Range and i lost my connexion. I was a survivor, I was settled in the tower and I had put more than 30 cades with only 2 real zombies. My connection left, zombies were able to break all my cades and to kill me without I react and then I made kick with a message like that: "connexion problem, error in the load of the game". I switched off everything and I returned on the server just after, and I had been kick by nagini. It would be cool if you check that, it is the truth Ty
