  7. This is sorta big because there's less than a dozen custom zombie maps for BO1 and this is the most recent one. Download link is in the video description (none of this is mine, credit goes to Rollonmath42, HitmanVere and lilrobot). Oh, and there's this: Translation: people can now make custom zombie maps for BO1, tools are available to the public. - - - - - For those of us that still have interest in BO1, this is sorta big news.

  10. It is dead. The servers physically being up and the fact that you have bots on + a single digit number of players on rarely has no correlation to that. Yes, you can play the mod. No, you will not play with a lot of other people.

  15. *Welcome back, Ramsy! You're a Regular, played 1352 times. Last visit: 11:01 PM CET 11/05/16. (or May 11, 16) *We are currently testing a new system that can auto ban rule-breaking players! Make sure you follow the !rules (sounds more menacing without the rule-breaking word in there) *If you haven't already, create an account on our forums to keep up to date with changes. 1. Forcefield - if it's gonna stay the way it is - needs some sort of anti-camp to it. A penalty for not moving won't be enough because then the human could just run in circles wherever he's camping, and I don't know how a "killzone circle" (think of PUBG's circle system) would work on BO1 or smaller maps, primarily Nuketown. Either add a punishing anti-camp system or prevent further cading from that point on (after buying Forcefield, until the end of the game). *cough*AppleJack*cough* 2. Adapt - same as above, but directly related to camping and cading. You should be allowed to hide somewhere using Adapt, just not wherever it is you're camping. *cough*AppleJack*cough* 3. Each map should be restartable only once, Nuketown twice or thrice max. Players having the option to vote restart a map too many times is unbalanced. 4. Add a thing on the website where users can submit weapon camos to be put into ZAM. Not something so basic where you'd literally put a .png you like up and just wait for it to be accepted, but a sophisticated system that teaches users how to apply a texture (simply put - image) on a part of a weapon, so that they could make some really cool stuff. If anything, do this for custom weapons like the M40A3, R700, Intervention, Deagles and so on and rotate through weapon camos for BO1 weapons (store weapons) on a biweekly basis or something, using HD images (contradicting to what I said in the second sentence, I know). 5. Consider upping the playercap to 24 if the playercount does good throughout the rest of the month.
  16. Krauss Zombie I. Heals nearby zombies. The closer you are to him, the more he will heal you - and the other way around. Upon dying, he does a chainlink effect where he mostly or fully heals zombies "chained together" (zombies that are relatively close to one another). Has normal traits (attack, movement speed and personal health). Krauss Zombie II. All of the above, but does it more efficiently. Cannot attack enemies and is 20% faster, making him harder to hit. Rarer than Krauss Zombie I.

  18. Shadow Zombie. Visible for x seconds and then invisible for the same ammount of seconds or less, constantly going between visible and invisible. One version with less HP that is common and one version with more HP that is rarer. *x - any given ammount of seconds
  19. "Balancing" a buyable weapon by basing it on the number of zombies is an odd way of balancing it. It would only make sense if it and some other weapons were in a "Special" weapon category of some sort, which would only unlock at x zombies or by some other factor. Want balance? Make it shoot slow and have low damage and make it shoot faster and deal more damage gradually as you are shooting a clip (the closer you get to the end of a clip, the better the gun becomes).
  20. ZAM is dead and BO3 ZAM isn't happening considering we are getting zero updates. Stop resorting to autistic threads to keep the forum alive, lock this and move on with your lives. EDIT: I wrote this before ZAM started receiving frequent updates again and, yeah, I was obviously salty.
