Reevaluate the current P2W statuses (i.e. VIP, MVP) and rework them, add more P2W and not-so-P2W-but-interesting-nontheless statuses (I'm talking like an additional 5 or 6, at the least), shirts, sweatbands, phone cases, create a custom "workshop" where players can submit designs for barricades, weapon camos, knife camos, headicon designs and other stuff and add the best ones to the shop and sell them for a buck each, you and/or Classixz do a charity livestream playing ZAM that will there and then get you a larger audience to later finance you by buying your stuff (later on in the process). Before doing any of that, fix any and all major bugs/flaws that the server(s?) and website currently have, make 100% sure that the console works (to manage against cheaters) and - at the very least - at least try to promote ZAM; do more regular announcments on the website and the Steam group(s?), do something over weekends, etc. tl;dr - fix and improve your product before expecting a better profit margin.

Cold-blooded is good for only two things - random knife and point multiplier. Random knife is self-explanatory, and point multiplier stacks (the more times you buy it, the more points you will get for kills, assists, etcetera). We discussed making a user manual and player guide ages ago, either 2014 or 2015, but I guess it never went through.

1. Replace the current voicechat system with a distance-based one. Basically, when someone uses in-game voicechat, everyone can hear you (both teams; humans and zombies), but they need to be relatively close to you. You start hearing someone's voice when you get relatively close and it becomes clearer (louder, more recognizable) as you get closer to them. 2. Set up an "event" for making some new maps. Creating spots, submitting them, waiting for an answer, waiting for a reconstruction of said spot and having the spot added to ZAM is lengthy as is, and it's not gonna happen in ZAM's current state. Set up a date and time, get some people on TeamSpeak or Discord, tell them to work on one or two maps and simply add those maps into ZAM. No reason to follow the first method I mentioned (not right now, anyway) and you're gonna bring some life into the mod either way (people are gonna be satisfied or displeased, but it would something). 3. Remove every single weapon camo that's in the mod and replace those with brand new ones, ones we've never seen on the mod before. 4. Make it so you can only restart a map by voting once (until that same map comes back in the map rotation, of course).

The BO3 intro is a story of its own. Unless you have a godly PC, the intro will freeze for a second.

Terminate the US server, keep the EU server (less money for Classixz to spend, easier to manage console and other stuff with only one server up, also easier to keep track and deal with rulebreakers), generally make sure the console is always up and running so people can use the most basic commands like !help and such. And maybe fix some of the better known bugs and exploits. Nothing else to do, imo.

Doesn't mean it's impossible to create it in a way where it relies on the mod and not B3 (the mod itself does the detecting, finding problems, and if B3 is down, at the least it kicks the player, that I know can be done without B3).
