@Bradymanz something is going on with the server host. Class posted some updates in the shoutbox, but for whoever may of missed it i've posted below. Classixz 29 July 7:42 @FineaszPL Server is not syncing due to a problem with the host, they claimed that they fixed the problem 5 hours ago but they just made it worse. Can't give an exact ETA but within a few hours, everything should be back to normal. Classixz 29 July 16:18 No response from the host for over 14 hours now, I hope it will be working tomorrow but I have no idea So the host is aware of the issue, it's just a matter of time.

You're talking about something that happened almost a year ago like it was just yesterday. If you are "lurking" in a channel when i'm not online, there isn't much I can do. If that happened months ago and you waited till just now to bring it up I have to question your desire to be staff at all.

If I remember you were never online for the interview, which kinda seems like your fault.

fr tho, since you made a post i'll give you a few tips: don't ban everyone who rq's. at this point it's counter-productive. only ban the blatant rq'ers or repeat offenders that have many connections. if someone rq's and has under 50 or so, let it go. don't threaten people. don't make people blow my steam up while i'm at work because you guys don't like each other. if you see something getting out of control; stop. ask for help from one of the other admins. this doesn't make you worse, it actually makes you better. nobody expects you to be perfect. just be cool.

I'm sure @Ramsy or @The One Patriot could be more specific, but maybe the 1.6 - 1.7 maps. I think I joined around the end of 1.5, so I don't remember those maps very well.

What if we used the "Classic" maps for the summer event? I bet that would be pretty fun.

As someone who has always supported playing on the servers, I must say it is pretty challenging to enjoy even a quick match with the current lag situation.

While I don't agree with a 5 day ban, looking over your recent activity I can see you RQ on nearly every map on 5/20/17. Since you have over 200 connections I feel like you do deserve some form of reprimand, though I will shorten the 5 day ban to 2 (from the date it was issued) leaving you with 1 more day rather than 3-4 depending on your timezone. You should know that staff can typically tell if a user has crashed or rq'd out, though if your PC is indeed giving you trouble you may want to keep that in mind before joining a server that can penalize you for abruptly leaving while on the zombie squad. ~Stlmokevin

IDK, I tend to only use the free classes and I have a lot of fun with them. Most of them are highly underrated. Gatekeeper has a pretty great skill tree, so does Hunter (my favorite) and Escaper. I think the best thing you personally can do class-wise is to switch it up. Try a new tactic. As far as players go, Pat and I always feel like the people play if you play. In other words; If you want more people to be on, play more. Encourage others to play. Be nice to randoms. Teach the noobies. -- ZAM is a mod for a game that was released on November 9, 2010. That's nearly 7 years ago. The player base isn't what it used to be. That said, I still find myself playing with 6-10 other people a few nights a week. On weekends that number can go up to 18 and fill the server on occasion. If you want to bring in more players, spread the word. Come up with fun activities to do while playing. Maybe setup a "Bragging Rights" weekly knifing tournament. There are always options. ~Kevin
