BO3 Multiplayer isn't pay2win doe, nothing you get from supply drops is better than standard items. And for zombies, being able to buy gobblegums can be seen as a little pay2win since you can buy liquid diviniums to get random gobblegums. But you can also just play and every game you get like 4 liquid divinuims anyways, so paying for them is just not worth it. And Pay2Win in zombies... hmm You can't really win in zombies so yeah :)
