Or he starts to DDoS my home internet again and I contact Telia to report that to the police. Yeah, you can track a vpn down, but thats a vpn, not his actual internet provider or whatever.He already used over 80 IPs, of course, that means he well and right know what he is doing, and that is not acceptable, but it's just nothing that we can do about, unless he decides to DDoS a massive bank, from where shit like FBi or whatever will get him in about 5 hours....
