I've already told him about this thread in his last report and not only he didnt post there he made a guide on how to report players the way he did..

That's literally a matter of 15 seconds, there is no point of making such reports. If you wanna be anyhow useful, provide the reports that actually make sense (actual RAGE-quits or breaking cades).
