Griggs Posted February 19, 2015 Report Share Posted February 19, 2015 vsync is used to lock your framefrate, usually at 60fps, but if you can't handle it's program it will try and sync it to your best capablities, which with poor computers = poor framerate.nah, cuz black ops is made by trollarch they set so with vsync on you have 48fps 1 sec and the other 150fps next sec and goes up and down up and down really fast = lagg.
