I mean you guys see him in-game so you already would know he's nice and what he brings to community. It's also on his app. For example: are you ready to have the role of UU and why? Maybe brebe could say yes and you can look at his application. Personally I think it would be a waste to throw away what looks like an outstanding UU member just because his English isn't the best when he talks.
