I bought a new mouse. Does not work. Everywhere it works well. Why it works badly in Call of duty? Lagging... please help ((Kitten sad ((Meow (

Did you (download and) install the software for it?

Did you try using all USB ports when connecting it to your computer case (if it is indeed a USB-based mouse)?

Did you try contacting customer support after doing the two things above?

P.S. Make sure you have your warranty ready at all times.

If it's a wireless mouse, did it come with a keyboard? Do you have multiple wireless dongles connected to your PC? These can cause interference in wireless devices. Especially if several similar brand devices are in a general vicinity, these can sometimes conflict.

Make sure the firmware for the mouse is up to date.  If you install the software that comes with the mouse, it will notify you when an update is available.  Outdated firmware is the single biggest performance killer.
