I got two questions:

1.how can i open a modded private server.(Emma knows but she wont tell me)

2.If I'll buy 2 ninja perks what will happen?

1: You can not play ZAM in private servers/combat training. If you're asking how to open a modded private server with your own mod, then the best thing i can tell you is to search it on youtube.

2:You shouldn't be able to buy 2 ninja perks, if you can report it in the bug reports.

No sorry  can't seem to find one, try checking some forums but do mind, you'll have to pay for your server unless you host it on your own computer which you'll have to portforward then.
 

Also i think you can't use a mod like ZaM on your server because you don't have all the files you'll actually have to make a mod yourself or download a mod that has all files in it
