Hi, I bought 3-pack of skins May 21 and they worked for 2-3 weeks and now no longer work. I opened support ticket #225 can someone please fix this for me or get back to me if something can be done about it?

    But before we make any progress, which skin pack did you buy? There is a lifetime pack for 13.00 USD and there is also a trial pack. Are you sure you did not accidently buy the trial pack?
