I dont see many people use freezetraps and when I do they aren't to exciting, they just have the same physics as a mine(drops behind you).  What I think would be cool if it was throwable like a stun grenade or tomahawk, this way you could use it on zombies in front of you.  BUT if it acts like a stun doe the hand speed should be really fast, like fast hands on bo2, and it can just be in the letahl grenade spot just like molotov works.

How about both mines and freeze traps that function the way they do now (you're somewhere, you buy a mine/freeze trap from the shop and it gets placed right under your feet), but they start working after 2 seconds? Like, if you're running around, getting chased by a horde of 10 zombies, whichever of the 2 things you decide to use will be pointless unless the horde is a decent distance behind you or you loop around.

I like your idea just as much I do mine, to be honest.

how about make it like force-field ,but it only freezes. for like 5 seconds. isn't that good. just an idea.
