I just paid for the $15 MVP Pass for my son through Steam on my P.C. though this is not the usual P.C he plays on. He is having trouble accessing the pass.

Can anyone advise?

If you've purchased MVP for ZAM it should be tied to your steam account, not the specific PC you/he was using. If you'd like, create a support ticket.
