Banned for Rage Quit

Hey,

My girlfriend and I got banned this evening because our internet disconnected. The game thought that we had rage quitted, but we didn't.

Is there a way of preventing this sort of thing from happening? Perhaps a grace period to reconnect?

It took two minutes for our internet to come back up, and we found that we were banned.

We will still play, but we find it frustrating when we didn't break the rule.

My username is jezzermeii and hers is jade_farrugia.

We play all the time and often invite people online to try and encourage a community.

Please consider lifiting the ban.
