Hello, apparently you have joined ZAM at the time when B3 was offline which means no sync has taken place between your account and our database. Also looking at your profile It shows no progress has been lost nor your level. (screenshot attached). I suggest re-downloading ZAM all over again to make sure console attempts to sort you out upon login. Make sure to get back to us If this has worked. Regads
