Ok Ramsy why didn't you say that when I applied for UU. I mean I was 14 by that time -.-

And secondly, I kinda agree with him. I say NO because when I chatted with him yesterday it looked like he wasn't ready to be in the clan and he was too immature. He totally sounds like between 11-13 years old.
