I just join USA server today and I spawned at cade ladder and wassent able to move, I just forget it but I thought you need that, That was on radiation map, And there is another bug to If you go under the ladders In B3 and do a TAC there after you revive you can get stuck. You can just simply get out of there by pressing the WASD keys to get out. As for the 2nd part (Under the ladders at b3), I do not really know what you are talking about, but I know numerous ladders at that location.
