You can survive not playing ZAM for 1 whole day. You won't really miss anything that happened on ZAM for 1 day. Go outside or go do something while you're banned. I usually take 2-3 days off from ZAM every week and I never complain about it. I'm still here but I'm just taking my days off because I feel like it.
