Player classes and text-chat team name changes

I'd like for this to become usable (but actually efficient to begin with). I have access to this and every single time I use it, I never get what I click on (or rarely ever). I mainly click random buttons until I get some of the things I want. First, this should be fixed/finalized, and then I hope to see it become available for everyone. And to clean it up a bit, perhaps make it look like this:

^[number] indicates a colour code in BO1.

Perhaps highlight/grey out the fields the player has selected to mark them as selected (one field per category, ofcourse).

I know we've just gotten the selectable loadouts and that's commendable, but I think a build-your-own-loadout in-game would be sick and I would personally use it every single time, and I'm sure many, many others would as well.

The first image is when I was on the zombie team and the second one is when I was with the survivors. If it's possible, perhaps change Communists/Ops/Spetsnaz/other texts like that into simply Zombies and Humans/Survivors?
