It actually takes 24-48 hours. I mean that's how they explained it to me... but I also bought some stuff, waiting since 3-4 days now.

I still didn't receive it so .... I guess you also just threw money out of the window. Good luck! xd

Since the owner (Classixz) isn't around a lot anymore, because he's working on the mod for BO3, he doesn't have much time to approve the requests. It should be that it automatically gives it to you, but eh...
