nah, cuz black ops is made by trollarch they set so with vsync on you have 48fps 1 sec and the other 150fps next sec and goes up and down up and down really fast = lagg.

And yes moxa I have 48 fps with vsync enabled, and vsync off = 300 fps gg lost
