There are sickle and karambit knife that do 400 damage and there are bowie and SOG knife that do 500. The best one is bowie because it replaces the default knife so you can still hold your weapon while you run. This is called a "cade limb glitch". You can prevent it by L cade stacking, just put down a normal cade and a p-cade very fast after the first one.

Maybe you should try using a FPS config, it helped me on my old computer.

I used to play it a lot before I found ZAM, but now I dont. A great mod indeed.
