I have a Santa hat model I made to be attached to the player's head: I will be posting a dropbox link on the thread as soon as possible for the xmodel files and textures.

I understand that, but there are also the viewers who have stumbled upon the video. Maybe MW2 modding is just popular.

I like the second WMD spot and the third Villa one. All other ones are a bit strange, and I don't think anyone would even camp in those spots.

I will try to port a SIG/P226 pistol from L4D2. I've failed with weapons such as rifles before, but a pistol should be much easier. Maybe it could be buyable or it would replace the ASP.

I don't think you can make ZAM very popular on YouTube just by starting from scratch. The only people that will actually see the videos are ZAM/ZEM players who search for it, and people who just randomly stumble upon it. Not a very large viewer base IMO.

I can't make the dogs entirely as reindeer, would be way too much of a hassle (adding too many animation tags) and too many possible sources of error. Plus I don't even have a reindeer model. I will be able to do the red nose and antlers tho.

Nice gameplay, I love watching youtube vids on BO mods lol.

Make a medic class, where you can heal yourself or teammates from limbs with a medkit (costs around 500-700 pts, only can be used 2 times per game). I'm working on a medkit model and healing code right now. Second chance pro should also be able to be bought (3000-4000 points). Then just add some more stuff. M9 replacing ASP would also be super epic.

Does anyone know how to add sounds from other games into CoD Black Ops? Like, what would I have to do with the .wav file once I obtain it? I know that the Peacekeeper in ZAM has a custom reloading and firing sound taken from BO2, so there should be some knowledgeable people here, unless it was created by someone else. An explanation or a link to a tutorial would be great :)

I have Left 4 Dead 2.... it could have a lot of useful models and weapons. Also, in order to remove models from the game (or any other game in fact), one person just needs to use 3D Ripper DX to capture that scene in which the model is in. But that only works if you have both 3DS Max and Maya.

Ok, I'll upload the files (xmodel, materials, _rank.gsc, etc.) as soon as I get home from school ;) I should also be able to do the antlers and red nose for the dogs, if you really want me to.

Hey everybody! I was looking at the forums and I found a thread talking about ideas for a Christmas update. I said there that I would make a santa hat model on Maya and put it on a player's head. Here are some photos of what I managed to create. The code that I put to attach the model was: self Attach( "santa_hat_large", "j_helmet" ); /* "santa_hat_large" = name of model, "j_helmet" = tag attached to */ I would really love to see this in ZAM. It took a lot of testing and revising and in general was a pain in the ass for me to create. This combined with some other stuff should make for an awesome Christmas update!
